What is Soccer Zero?
Soccer Zero — also rendered Soccer: Zero in the official Roblox title — is a fast, anime-styled 5v5 soccer game on Roblox developed by Current, the studio led by Chrollo, creator of Basketball Zero, Tennis Zero and Blue Lock Rivals. The game launched on May 2 2026 after a public playtest and a launch trailer that drew roughly 600,000 views in its first two weeks.
Where most Roblox sports titles automate a lot of the plays, this game is built around the
opposite idea. Every kick is a held mouse button, every pass is a right click, every aerial header
is a manual Space press. Auto-aim and auto-goal are absent on purpose — the design pillar
is manual control, positioning, and decision-making under pressure. That ethos pulls heavily
from anime soccer (especially Blue Lock) but converts the manga's "ego" idea into a concrete
gameplay loop: pick a Style, roll a Flow, fill your bar, activate your Awakening, score the goal.

How Soccer Zero plays
5v5, short matches
A match is 5 vs 5, played in short rounds — typically a few minutes per match. There are no auto-systems, so a single mistimed clearance or rainbow flick can swing the score. Roles range across striker, dribbler, winger, midfielder, defender and goalkeeper.
Manual everything
Hold Left Click to charge a shot, Right Click to pass, Q to
dribble or dive, E to slide tackle, Space to header or rainbow flick,

Style identity
Every player picks a style — Egoist, Demon, Monster, Speedster (also written Speedstar), Gojo and more — that defines base abilities, awakening abilities, best position, and a strength/weakness profile. See styles for the full roster.
Flow + Awakening
The flow bar fills as you score, assist, receive key passes and contribute to playmaking. When full, you manually activate Flow to enter a heightened state — and, when paired with a Style, this triggers a cinematic Awakening that unlocks awakening-only abilities for a short window.
